The interview process is so good that you do not feel like your are being interviewed, so it is not based on direct questions (answer a or b), it is more like a conversation where both parties let each other know who they are. Of course you can expect questions to see how you will feel on the job, such as how you deal with stress, for example, but I guess the questions are directly related to the position you are applying to.
