This was the issue, in the second interview. There were no tough questions at all that could not be answered by viewing our resumes. We were not given any opportunity to ask specific questions about a particular location or even demonstrate how good a fit we could be for the position.
all questions were fairly easy and i didnt have a hard time answering them based on my knowledge and experience.

simple questions like: What can you do for cook out that no one else can?
