Behavior questions. They asked me why do I want to leave nursing and become a call center rep. Well I do what I gotta since my body will not allow the physical demand. Keep in mind that I have over 20 years of customer service experience. The interviewer also had an attitude questioning me about being stationary all day.

I interviewed for the bi-lingual position so they had me read in Spanish and English section of the closing terms and conditions which is read to the consumer once enrolled. They asked to questions in Spanish and English. 1. Tell me about a time when you contributed something to the team or the company and what was its outcome (Spanish) 2. Tell about a time when you provided excellent customer service (English) and 3. Tell me when you encountered a difficult customer and how did you deal with it (English)
