The most challenging question I was asked for a promotion to team lead: what was one negative situation that you had (with co-worker or prospective student), what did you do and how would you change it.

It has been seven years since I interviewed for employment. I have had interview for promotion and new positions, but they were internal. The most challenging question I was asked for a promotion to team lead: what was one negative situation that you had (with co-worker or prospective student), what did you do and how would you change it.

If I had a member that had a Delquent auto loan, the member tells you that she is going through a divorce and soon to be ex-husband refuses to help. The car is the only way she has to get to work and take her 3 children to the doctor and daycare. Would you advise member of repossession guidelines that you have to start. The
