Here is a project in Adobe Illustrator I would like you to complete so the hiring managers can get an idea of how you work. Should it match their requirements, I will reach out to schedule an in-person interview. Project #1: You will be designing 3 couture cheerleading uniforms, using whatever fit you would like (i.e. crop, full-length, hotpant, skirt, bodysuit, leggings.) You can incorporate crystals, cutouts, dye-sublimation, or any creative techniques that would work well in the cheerleading industry. Be as creative and imaginative as you¹d like with these uniforms, while keeping some functionality in mind, and being aware whatever you design would have to be able to be produced. You may come up with new logos, or you can use “Rebel" for your logo. Project #2: Please create 3 examples of graphic patterns that could be incorporated into a dye-sublimated cheerleading uniform. We are looking for edgy and dynamic graphics. Please make one of these patterns a 4"x4" seamless repeat. This repeat pattern should be able to be used to fill a large area seamlessly without any breaks or glitches in graphics. These projects will need to be done in Adobe Illustrator, and I have attached our base template to use. Be as creative and unique as you can be with these projects. Do not feel limited. I highly suggest browsing through our look book and website to get a feel for the "Rebel Look."
