I contacted the hiring manager and thanked them for the interview. I reached out to them several times for the next step after they completed the background check. They just left me with no word; no update, no reply ! This tells me their credibility of keeping their word and taking care of their employees if they could not even have the courtesy to inform me with their decision. I left with a BAD IMPRESSION with the entire company
