I don’t remember the questions but I do know a lot of it was self-paced assessments of how each candidate thinks and approaches tasks before you actually get interviewed by the team

The basic questions, your experience, talk to you about your main concerns and wants in an employer (which again they will appear to understand, agree, and/or listen but have not a clue or care for real)
They do ask the pen question, lol.
