The conversation felt more like an informal chat rather than a structured assessment. There wasn't one particularly memorable or challenging question during the interview. They asked a few very general questions like "Tell me about yourself" and "Why this role?" and had me walk through my portfolio, but there were no in-depth questions about my design process, leadership skills, or how I would approach specific challenges. It seemed like they hadn’t clearly defined what they were looking for, which aligns with the fact that the position had been open for two years, suggesting potential challenges internally with decision-making and clarity around hiring needs.
