Most questions were very standard. There was a lot of focus on a person's background and what brought them to the point where they applied and ended up in the interview. The emphasis here was in finding the right trajectory for a new-hire and making sure it's in line with the opportunities available within the position and, more broadly, the company. The one question that stood out was as follows: The call center for Amplifon Hearing Healthcare refers to themselves as the Ampli-Fam, and everyone fits into the family with their own quirks just like a family of relatives; what quirks would you bring to the team?

One of the questions they asked was a situational scenario to assess how I would handle a specific task based on my skills and past experience. It wasn’t just about giving the “right” answer, they were more interested in understanding my approach, thought process, and how I apply my skills in real situations. This made the interview feel more like a conversation rather than an interrogation, which I really appreciated.
