I was asked if I was able to work between the hrs of 7am to 7pm? and if there would be any problems for me to work those hrs?
One of the questions they asked was a situational scenario to assess how I would handle a specific task based on my skills and past experience. It wasn’t just about giving the “right” answer, they were more interested in understanding my approach, thought process, and how I apply my skills in real situations. This made the interview feel more like a conversation rather than an interrogation, which I really appreciated.
In your current role how are you measured by metrics? What makes you successful? Can you tell me about a time when you had to tell a customer no, how did you go about this?
Work history and how it will apply to this position and helping others. It is a tough inviroment working in this field are you sure this is for you?
I was asked how would I go about managing persistent and highly escalated customers.

This is a pre-interview review, so basically the HR person just confirms your interest and asks a couple general questions like why you're interested in such a position and why you would be a good fit. There's also an assessment to complete after that, which isn't difficult. The next phone call will just be to schedule the interview and confirm your interest again.
What would you change about Pandora, favorite Pandora station, etc. The questions weren't as inventive as I was thinking they would be.
Tell if you could do anything what would you do?
