You need to contact the recruiter first and then they will connect you to the HR and after HR round they take a versant test which checks your English and after passing that they take operations round which is conducted by ops manager which is also the final round. Hr will check your english communication since you will deal with customers from U.S since they have a U.s client.Questions asked would be like what are your hobbies or what did you do yesterday (you have to describe that in brief) or any speaking on any topic for atleast 2 to 3 minutes. Ops manager questions are mostly similar. They also ask about your previous employment(why did you leave,etc)

When i go there first round was very easy and when i gave second round that time i am little confused but finally i grab so that i am doing job with full of energy
