Interview process was a GD followed by interview. GD was on current topics related to finance field. Choice of candidate was on how authoritative and bold your process was.Then interview was on resume followed by puzzles and current affairs

Interview
When I was searching Jobs in Chandigarh location that time, I found in eclerx Company 1 Job vacancy is available for (Assistant Process Manager (WFM) - Call center. I applied through a mail, after 5 Days I got a reply from them you have selected for Excel Test.
Excel Test - 20 MCQ questions - Minimum Marks required more than 17. 20 Out of 18 Answers I know correctly But After test Completion, HR (She) said all correct answer to me and also told keep it secret. I agreed.
After 3 days, I received a mail from HR You have selected for manager round. Already I know.
On 5th December 8 PM 2nd Round Scheduled.
