eXp Realty interview questions

Had an interview with the recruiter first which was a 30 min google meet (cameras off). I didn't hear from them until over a week later when they called me from an unknown number. They didn't leave a message and when they called again 5 mins later, I picked up (because I thought it was actually someone trying to reach me and not a phone bot). They scheduled me in for a panel interview a few days later. The panel interview was really challenging because both members turned off their cameras so I was just staring at myself as I was speaking. The following week I received an automatic rejection email, and when I asked the recruiter for feedback, I never heard back. Based on what was told to me about the role, it seems like an overwhelming amount of responsibility for 1 person and on top of that the pay is awful.

Easy, straight forward, onboarding quick but inefficient. Everyone is willing to help, but information overload within systems and procedures, solid support system is a necessity but can drain the lead who is responsible. tasks are not simplified and difficult to assimilate.
