Tell us about yourself. Why do you want to work here? What did you like best and least about your former jobs? Why did you leave xyz company? Tell me about your daily responsibilities in your previous positions. Describe a situation where you gave exceptional customer service. Describe how you would handle an angry customer. What are your strengths and weaknesses. How are you working on your weaknesses. What are your short and long term goals. How would your previous employees describe your management style? Tell me about a situation where you wish you had more information prior to engaging that situation. Tell me about a time when somebody asked you to do something that was wrong, or that you disagreed with. Tell me about a time when you had to make a quick decision. What makes a good display? What do you think the responsibilities of this job will be? Have you done anything else that you think qualifies you for this job?
Describe a time when you failed to complete a task and how did you handle it. For me this was the most difficult question because I came from a background of you had to get the task done. Even if that meant working crazy hours you got the task done.
