Just retail experience questions asked. Nothing out of the norm. The video portion will probably be the most irritating part but phone interviews will be pretty simple and easy to get through.

Questions usually revolve around networking and RF capabilities which is most likely what got you there to begin with as that is what they look for. However, if you know someone that is currently an FSR and willing to vouch for you that speaks highly.
What did you do at your last job?
Not difficult at all. I seemed to be the perfect fit for the position. I was a little confused with the vast array of products offered to the customer but after a couple of days on the job there was no question.
