I hadn't had much sales or customer service experience, so when they asked about some examples for those I was kinda screwed. Other than those, I probably would've done better and been in the running for a position.
No difficult questions. Basic why do you want to work in this position and why Fidelity? Come prepared with good questions about career path and the job you applied for. Be ready to give examples for questions like " what was your greatest challenge in xxx job." Look over the Fidelity website, read their research, and check out the products they offer.
