Each of them was asking almost same questions. Tell me about yourself, why would you like to join to Rosewood, tell me about your current role. The Director of Rooms who is HOD - she held the shortest interview. She has asked very few questions. Director of HR - longest interview with lots of questions. I found him as a nice person and really liked during the interview regardless difficulty of questions. He also showed me that he got more knowledge than their DOR in several aspects: guest experience, hotel indexes & figures and understanding of luxury five stars service ( to my surprise) .
