I got an email describing a 'process' and that I would get a 15 min call from Recruiter. On that Recruiter call, he spent 1/2 hour telling me about their 'process' to take a video recorded aptitude test and personality test to be considered for the job, before they would actually interview me. This seemed ridiculous, both because the Recruiter took 1/2 hour just to explain this and told me nothing about the job and asked me nothing about my experience. I have strong experience for this job and no canned aptitude test will substitute good data regarding my actual qualifications for this job. Also they are so 'process' oriented and this is for a 'people' related job. This is a misguided approach in my opinion and a turn off to well qualified candidates. I decided to not pursue my application further.
