Be careful with this one you don’t actually get hired into sales immediately. They want you to start as a sales development rep (qualifying leads and becoming familiar with their sales process) to then be promoted to sales. The process is a Web interview with HR, then knowledge/personality assessments, web interview with manager, and finally in person interview at Malvern location. I interviewed with HR and took assessments and was denied. The denial was about as informal as if my resume was skimmed off by software. I already had invested 3hrs into their and received no feedback as to why I didn’t fit their needs. Any company that requires so much of candidates and doesn’t offer equal transparency in their process to candidates, especially since they aren’t directly offering the role they advertise, deserves scrutiny.
