1) HR entretien : qst sur la personnalité, motivation, points positifs négatifs, sport, Pq deloitte ? Pq ce département ? Comment te voient tes amis ?, évaluer les perspectives dans 5 ans d''évolution, sport, correspondance avec les valeurs ? 2) Manager entretien Question + technique lié au parcours de chacun à l'université. Exemple de risques, description processus d'entreprise BPM + a quoi faut penser (stock limité, probleme de livraison,..) Question aussi sur la personne, qu'est ce qu'est l'audit IT selon toi, qu'est ce qui est nécessaire pour ce job 3) Partner entretien Discussion, se connecter Préparer bcp de question sur la personne et son département - défis team, département - nouveautés a mettre en place - qst lié aux valeurs - qst sur le fonctionement de deloitte - montrer son intérêt et motivation
