I had 3 conversations with the talent acquisition lead, and then I met the CEO. He was 8 minutes late, to a 30-minute interview. Spent more than 5 minutes reading the notes he received from my previous interviews (50% of the interview time went by). Had a bad internet connection so turned off the camera. He came unprepared to the interview, barely asked anything, seemed distracted... Wasn't present. After the call, no follow up, and ghosted. Unforetnuantly, I spent 3 hours of my time.
