They just wanted to hear about other work environments like they were looking for ways to improve theirs and get to their picnic. They also were more interested in my current salary (I knew the job would be lower salaried but a step forward in career)

Give an example of a time you assisted an upset customer when they were dissatisfied or had a complaint and describe how you resolved that conflict? ( I knew a lot of facts about the position for which I was applying and the company from research the entire week prior to my interview, but I was NEVER asked any of those questions during the initial "traditional" 1:1 interview (the one right after you pass the computer test). Therefore, I don't recommend spending countless hours researching the company like myself!
