Where are you from
Hardly asked me anything on the 1st interview. Just past job experience. Took 8 minutes tops....super rushed and impersonal.
- What is largest team you managed? - Questions on forecasting, causality, and various ways to solve the product shortages? - What is largest team you managed? - Questions on forecasting, causality, and various ways to solve the product shortages. - What is largest team you managed? He seemed disappointed when I mentioned only a small team - he was expecting obviously an answer that I managed 200 + or something - Questions on forecasting, causality, and various ways to solve the product shortages. - One Interviewer stopped me and said that he is not looking for that - obviously it was a value not within the 14 principles that he needs to check off
Was sind ihre persönlichen Wünsche und Vorstellungen für die Zukunft?
Only small talk. I generated most of the questions, Wanted me to change my schedule and come tomorrow morning.
What did you notice all the people in the waiting room have in common?
A firm structure with too many prospective billable hour/client time options, all of which collectively make up a total package, none of which is guaranteed so in summary, base is low to the point of making a serious pursuit of a mid- or senior-level career unattractive. Expectations are well set about the numerous elements of the interview process. The salary/comp model (reviewed during a call) for CM consultants is extremely complex and difficult to grasp: base, travel bonuses (?? per night away), overtime bonuses 2.7% or 5% of base calculated upon a % of base, then bonus of total contract amount at 6 month intervals then at 3 month intervals. I asked general questions salary trends for the 2 jobs I was pursuing at various moments of the Comp call and these questions were met with a 'that's hard to say' though when I asked about the # of consultants at the levels I was pursuing, this was <20. Data that any company has and an HR/Comp person should possess and be open to offering a $ range.
The questions are as follows; 1) Tell me something about yourself 2) How many family members 3)Maslow's hierarchy of needs 4)Product life cycle 5)Sell me this stapler 6)Will you be able to relocate? 7)Do you have driving license? 8)Types of bank documents 9)Why should we hire you?
The hiring manager asked about experience relevant to the job description, if I had led meetings, and proceeded with general conversation. The HR leader asked questions on when I made a mistake and how I handled it and my biggest fear professionally.
