No difficult questions, very generic. Second interview they do not ask YOU questions, but allow you to ask THEM questions. Would have been helpful in the first interview. Would have saved drive time.
Neither the HR person nor the senior manager had a lot of experience in the position I was interviewing for. I supplied a lot of numerical data to prove my success in previous companies.
They couldn't stump me, but then again they asked questions directly related to how well I would perform my job, not idiotic questions unrelated to how well I could do my job. They will also run a background check, but don't fear if you have less than perfect credit history, they are really looking at your criminal background here.
Hiring managers indirectly like to have an assurance of stability and address any risk of flight or other short life issues.
