Introduce yourself
I was interviewed with about 6 other applicants. We were asked to introduce ourselves and then asked several "'what would you do?' scenarios" Part one of two part interview process. We were told only 5 % of applicants get interviews, and only 5% of those get hired. Very pleasant and fun format. I was super impressed and inspires by the other applicants. I would be so honored to obtain a second interview!

Give an example of a time when you had to deal with a stressful situation, how did you handle it?
Basic information, what you would do in a stressful situation, if the phone is ringing and you have a customer waiting and you need to get papers ready for a meeting in 5 minutes?
