What will you do if an employee files a complain with the labor department?
I was asked if I would be able to deal with a type of management that is very unconventional.
They have asked me about the whole experience of the past project Which i have done all over the india.
How is you semester going?
They have asked me if i give this job you've to work at-least minimum 2 years
The most difficult (though expected) questions were about my experience with the less-glamorous job responsibilities (QA tasks, working with multiple stakeholders who don't necessarily agree, working with curmudgeons, being assigned 175 hours worth of work to be completed in a week).
Given that projects are not generally local, would you be willing to travel if needed?
