Questions were largely open ended. My own questions lead the interview. Expected to have the interviewer lead me through my results after the skills test, and instead I was asked just to explain myself what I had turned in. Received less feedback than I would like, but I also didn't go out of my way to ask.

I was surprised to be told by the Business Development Director that the person who would be hired would be used to push the manager to change the processes.
I was asked experience, previous examples of successes and how I overcame any failures.
