This position requires a minimum of 60 hours a week, and many routes require staying out of town overnight. This puts an enormous strain on the family, and questions during the interview will deal with this.

There were no strong questions that are asked.Its more about them telling you about Schwans and talking about the long hours and if will you be alright working from 10am to 10pm.
Standard Dodo-bird questions. Nothing really relevant about and individual’s capabilities. It was definitely questions more about if you were the “right” temperament and age that manager was looking for.
