Interest in life, food, people prior jobs really basic easy interview. I did three phone interviews then got to meet the depot manager. A former used car salesman with big ambitions. I thing this is when they decide if they want you or not.
"How much money do you want to make?" I told him. He said "Guys make that here." Five years later, I still make 30% less than I made at my old job.
Nothing out of the ordinary. A long personality test.
Mostly your background and your experience selling products etc. They are interested in your goals and interests. Many of the questions center around your motivation and your personal drive to be self directed and motivated.
Tell me about a time you had a difficult customer
Describe a time where you went above and beyond for a customer. Why do you want to work for Schwan's? How does safety affect your work attitude?
Where do you want to be in 5 years
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
