I had two-timed questions. ie: "You have 60 seconds to tell me everything that you can do with bricks." and "You have two minutes to tell me about something you love to do in your life non-professionally related."
They asked questions that were genuinely relevant to my experience. They were curious about why I chose certain companies in my past roles and they really wanted to understand how I think, how I make decisions and what drives me. They also covered the usual questions about my motivations and why Rippling. There were no trick questions and nothing designed to catch you out. It was all straightforward, thoughtful and very aligned with the role.
