I was asked what I know about the company. Mostly the questions were concentrated on Child Protection, The questions also involved HIQA Standards and my knowledge of those, The legislation pieces and how to put them into practice by following Children's First Guidelines, I was also asked how the day in the residential looks like, What I would do when a child disclose something and also what I have to do as a professional to help and support hem. We touched on other important aspects such as a language barrier of a child or a young person. Risk assessment and keeping a safe environment while complying to health and safety.

Dawn told me several stories from the past that this program has offered to patients and families, and the stories were not only amazing for me to hear, but life changing for the patients.
