What do you know about the company?

I was asked what I know about the company. Mostly the questions were concentrated on Child Protection, The questions also involved HIQA Standards and my knowledge of those, The legislation pieces and how to put them into practice by following Children's First Guidelines, I was also asked how the day in the residential looks like, What I would do when a child disclose something and also what I have to do as a professional to help and support hem. We touched on other important aspects such as a language barrier of a child or a young person. Risk assessment and keeping a safe environment while complying to health and safety.
What would you do in this situation type of questions. Questions about being licensed or not, and whether I would pursue that or not. Opportunities for advancement. What a typical workday is like. Nothing very hard. No strange questions like what tree you would be or anything like that.
