There were two sets of interviews. The first interview asked questions about motivation and experience. The second interview was more on the values and vision of the company and how I aligned with said things.
Questions mainly about initiative, sourcing, collaboration with follow up questions. Interviewers were very friendly and relaxed.
How do you work with hiring managers? Can you name a time you had to deal with a difficult situation with a colleague and how you overcame it? Describe a scenario in which you had to make a choice at work, and justify your reasoning behind the choice.
