How do you handle working with difficult stakeholders?
It was not a question but in the second interview it would have appeared that I was suddenly interviewing for a different position, like a bait and switch. I tried to get clarification but my emails were ignored.

UCD Process. How to start any application. In depth knowledge of Personas, User interviews, Empathy mapping, how to conduct user research study, Focus group, contextual enquiry etc.

They were giving me real problems to solve, showing screenshots and giving tasks.
Design Process, Research Techniques, Communication Skills and Willingness to learn
At one point the director was trying to get a specific answer out of me, but I was unable to come up with the exact solution she was thinking of. Basically she wanted to know how to get a user to make a predetermined choice. I went for fun and light answers, seeking user empathy as an answer. But she wanted a specific answer and it wasn't as touchy/feely as my approach. Hate when that happens, but I'm sure they know there's more than one way to do things.
