Alles rund um Leadership Principles, gewöhnliche Situationsfragen. Ich fand diese Fragen ganz normal und auch gleiche Fragen wurden mehrmals gestellt. Die Fragen sind nicht schwer, z.B. eine Situation, wenn ich Missverständnisse/Streit mit Kollegen oder Kunden hatte; wann sollte ich mehr tun und Eigeninitiative zeigen um Kunden/Partner zu helfen usw. Für die Antworten wird ganz normale STAR-Methode benutzt (wird eigentlich überall erwartet, aber Amazon sagt es explizit). Sonst nichts "Persönliches", deine Persönlichkeit interessiert Amazon nicht.
