There wasn't any questions. It was just a meeting.
The questions were the usual simulations about how to deal with children and what I would do but the most difficult part was the teaching simulation where the hiring manager pretended to be a 5 year old child trying to learn a new language and I was her teacher. Really uncomfortable.

there is no interview only a basic test.
None. Just have to come in for Substitute Orientation, no drug test to my surprise, they just do a background check which takes a couple days after they take your picture and fingerprint.
