One question that caught me off guard was they asked me how much money I wanted to eventually make. This may seem off-putting or a trick question, but SEI is all about helping their employees achieve their goals and financially is one of the ways they do that. This question also is indicative of the ambition you have. If you are just okay with being a B or C player, then SEI is not the place for you.
Give an example of when you needed to solve a work problem, what was it and how did you solve it. Give an example of a time you worked with an employee that didn’t want to follow the rules. Give an example of when you worked with a difficult example, what was the situation and how did you solve it.
