Basic questions
Interview with Pre-Sales Director : Did you had Social and recreational activities in your current job ("Yom Gibush", in Hebrew)? What did it include? Then he listed some actives they had in their fun day like swimming, drinking at a bar, water slide and such, and ASKED ME WHAT WOULD I CHOOSE FIRST.

One interesting question was why would I (as Master of Physics) work for Marketing as a content manager and not stay in engineering.
How would you deal with a client that told you they wanted the project finished in 2 months after you had done research and delivered a project plan that estimated 3 months for the project completion?
If I were a tree what would I be and why? There must be some kind of hidden meaning to this? But to his a potential employee with a question like that only sets the person up to feel stupid and so puzzled they could blow the whole interview. Why not just ask specific questions about their qualifications, life history and interests?
