The interview starts off with a role play (if you don't do well you won't continue with the interview). The role play was to act as an agent helping a customer place an order. You will have time before the role play to read the instructions and all the steps that you will be required to complete during the role play. Its a little nerve wrecking but not hard. Just take your time to read the instructions first. Have you ever had a problem with a supervisor and how did you handle it? Why do you want to work for HSN? Tell me about a time when you had a difficult customer? Tell me the last criticism you received from a manager or sup. and how did you resolve it?
