I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (London, England) in Jul 2021
Interview
It was very smooth, quick, and transparent.
Panel interviews let you get to know a lot of people in a short period of time, helping to make sense of the company easier.
There was also flexibility from the company regarding the scheduling of the different sessions, which can be tricky when there are so many people involved.
