      Working at The LEGO Group has been a truly rewarding experience. The leadership team is approachable and genuinely cares about employees’ well-being and development. There’s a strong sense of collaboration across teams, and new ideas are always welcomed. Work-life balance is respected, and the culture is both professional and fun.

      Cons

      No company is perfect, but any challenges that arise are usually addressed quickly and transparently.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
