Pros

Sick hours even when part time. Good pay, good raises. Free LEGO sets. Easy work environment. Great as an entry-level position, incredibly easy to learn.

Cons

Bad point system, bad register app. Very limited and inconsistent hours depending on your availability. Job acts like a commission-type but no real payoff for “selling”. 15 minute breaks unless it’s an 8 hour shift.

Pros

Easy work, my work life balance is good, discount on LEGO products, free LEGOLAND passes, occasional set giveaways

Cons

No growth for hourly employees even if you have a degree and certifications, nobody accepts accountability, Salary employees walk around like they are better than hourly workers, salary gets a bigger bonus (percentage) than hourly workers, Without the production workers, what will get done? Nothing at all. No feedback after interviews, sometimes no interviews for those who are qualified and already doing the job that is posted. Salary gets free coffee and fruit, while hourly who makes WAY less has to pay for it. HR will not print policy because they keep changing it to punish hourly. They also change policy and procedures to not hold salary accountable. HR will not let hourly know how many occurrences they have. Management and leadership continuously tell lies to hourly employees, to hush them up.
