I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (London, England) in May 2022
Interview
Had a phone call with recruiter from Lego, was then sent a technical task to build a small application.
Had a interview with a Senior Engineer to review the task and talk further about my knowledge of technology .
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you need to do to scale up the application you built for the technical task?
The interview process was smooth and efficient, consisting of three stages. I was kept informed throughout with timely updates, clear communication, and transparency about what to expect at each step.
Some online and in-person interviews, including a case, some live-coding and meeting with the competency lead and Lead Engineer. Process was fairly quick, and they were great at keeping you in-the-loop about what was to come and what to be expected next.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Sep 2024
Interview
Slightly cumbersome, many rounds of interviews and a case to prepare from home. Both recruiters and interviewers were incredibly nice and ensured a comfortable atmosphere. But the process was incredibly long, from applying for the job to having my first day at work, was a time frame of a little over two months.
