Overall, it was very drawn out and the timeline wasn't very well communicated. Three weeks after applying, they reached out to me to schedule a phone screen. A week or two after that, I spoke to the hiring manager. A week or two later, I was asked to create a deck of my customer success plan, with a 30/60/90 and was told there were just 2 rounds left -- meeting with two stakeholders, and then presenting the deck to two higher ups. I had the meeting with the two stakeholders, and then never heard anything. When I reached out a week or so later, I was told the hiring manager was on holiday and they would reach back out. It's now a month later and despite following up, I never heard anything -- no acceptance, no rejection. I really enjoyed meeting the team and the way everything had started out communication wise -- they give you a PDF on what to expect. Ultimately, there was just no closure communication, which leaves the candidate feeling disrespected and with a sour taste in their mouth. That said, they're doing amazing things with LEGO Education, and I wish them all the best!
