Everyone I spoke to at Lego was super lovely however the process start to finish took 3 months and that's for someone who only got to the second interview stage (there was another stage after that).
It was very frustrating as I was obviously super keen and eager and really struggled to get a hold of them - particularly if it was just a case of declining the job rather than trying to organise further steps.
During my phone call where I was told I wouldn't make it through, they were very apologetic about the timings and it's not usual for it to take that long. And if I was going to apply again it would be much shorter.
Then the feedback really wasn't helpful - 'You would have been a great fit but there were stronger candidates'. While I understand that decision, it would have been nice to know what made them stronger.
Overall I'm obviously gutted I didn't get the role and I think part of that was hoping I would for 3 months and the idea grows stronger in your head. But even though this wasn't a great experience, I still would apply again if they had another junior creative role come up - just wanted to leave this review to inform rather than warn others.
