The interview process was straightforward and professional yet still light and fun! It was overall a really nice experience and wasn't too technically difficult but instead focused on personal values which proved how highly they value the people at the LEGO group.

What are your most important values and which of LEGO's values are important to you?
The interview process was smooth and efficient, consisting of three stages. I was kept informed throughout with timely updates, clear communication, and transparency about what to expect at each step.
Some online and in-person interviews, including a case, some live-coding and meeting with the competency lead and Lead Engineer. Process was fairly quick, and they were great at keeping you in-the-loop about what was to come and what to be expected next.

Interview
Slightly cumbersome, many rounds of interviews and a case to prepare from home. Both recruiters and interviewers were incredibly nice and ensured a comfortable atmosphere. But the process was incredibly long, from applying for the job to having my first day at work, was a time frame of a little over two months.
