Interview
It was quite involved. A lot of people to speak to spread out over several weeks. 12th of July to the offer on the 5th of September 2022. First one was from the recruiter from Lego, passed through some more technical people, a technical assignment, review of the assignment and a cultural fit interview.
The process begins with submitting an application, after which qualified candidates are contacted and invited to attend an in-person interview conducted at the specific store location where the final hiring decision will ultimately be made
When I had my interview the process started with an initial call with recruiter, then call with Engineering Manager where you get a take home project, then another call to discuss decisions made in your take project and finally a behavioural.

Booring . As a former Lego employee (part time), if the interview calls for it, be sure to bring up your passion for the brand. Themes you like, how you build, a set you desire. Most of your time will be wandering the sales floor answering questions and interacting with customers. I guarantee the manager is looking for someone who knows the stuff on the shelves and is personally invested in it.
