It was a very short process where my manager explained the different opportunities within the LEGO group. The process was clear and all my questions was clearly answered, and i could reach out any time for questioning

I had an interview at LEGO for another position, after a short talk - me and the "boss" in the department agreed on, that my skills for that job was not in that direction. I asked him to share a job opportunity, if he was knowing where my skills could be used - and so he did. I was applying true the normal LEGO way and ended up with an interview, who led to the next on - I am particularly pleased with Reuttering's company. The secund interview, was a case - no problem there, I think it's a good way to see how people reacts. When I then got the job, I had to "Apply" for it ageing thru workday, so that the system could handle my data and now I'm on my 3 week :-)
