Very relaxed and fairly brief, more like a conversation. Informative and plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I was also informed the next day via phone call with the verdict of the interview and how they thought I did.

What is your biggest achievement in the last few years? Favourite LEGO theme? Experience with customers in any context?
Everyone there was very welcoming and relaxed, easy to talk to. Overall very friendly atmosphere. Asked around six questions, had the manager and assistant manager present for the interview too.

Really enjoyable interview process. The management team was great and explained the role, duties, expectations, and salary in detail. Was very impressed by their professionalism and care towards their employees
Usual interview questions then selling a set and identifying needs of mock client to try sell a set. Had online screening questions initially that were fairly easy. Received callback for interview on same day that wanted to conduct interview
