I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Nov 2023
Interview
The process is unreasonable dragged out. It can take 2-3 weeks and a few reminder emails just to schedule an appointment. The 1st round is a general talk with the recruiter, who was very comforting, curious and nice, however he didn't have the camera turnt on, so I felt weird during the talk. The 2nd round is a co-programming exercise with the team (1,5 hour long) and it makes it a more difficult that it's via Teams.
Shortly after the meeting I received a positive feedback, and the recruiter reached out to me that they would like to invite me to the 3rd (last) round interview to their office in Copenhagen. After that the recruiter disappeared, I sent several emails, called, no reply. 2 weeks later I reached out to the hiring manager too, no reply. Today I checked their career portal, and my application is inactive.
A huge corporation like Lego, how can they afford doing such thing? How unprofessional situation handling is this? I'm utterly disappointed, but also glad that I didn't get hired at a company who think this is the way to communicate with potential employees.

Question 1
Javascript co-programming. Find the longest consequetive numbers length in the array.
The interview process was smooth and efficient, consisting of three stages. I was kept informed throughout with timely updates, clear communication, and transparency about what to expect at each step.
Some online and in-person interviews, including a case, some live-coding and meeting with the competency lead and Lead Engineer. Process was fairly quick, and they were great at keeping you in-the-loop about what was to come and what to be expected next.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Sep 2024
Interview
Slightly cumbersome, many rounds of interviews and a case to prepare from home. Both recruiters and interviewers were incredibly nice and ensured a comfortable atmosphere. But the process was incredibly long, from applying for the job to having my first day at work, was a time frame of a little over two months.
