1st stage interview with recruiter (online/virtual) to scope out my suitability for the role
2nd stage interview with hiring manager and person I would be mat cover for was skipped because I had a long history with both people in LEGO and so I was effectively fast tracked to the 3rd and final round because they knew my history of work.etc
3rd stage interview done by Teams/conference call with hiring manager and member of the team which was 1/2 presentation of a case study (given a week's preparation time) and then competency based questions in the second half

Interview
This has been the most cohesive and professional recruitment process in which I've ever participated. Great communication, clear actions and next steps. Very positive feedback overall. This has setup my expectations that I am joining a company that has a very positive people's atmosphere, with clear and simplified processes.
